Get Well Healthcare Academy exists to solve a very specific problem: Texas urgently needs trained allied-health professionals, and the schools training them too often teach in isolation from the clinics that hire them. So we teach ours inside the clinics.

Get Well Healthcare Academy prepares students for meaningful, in-demand allied-health careers through employer-integrated training inside real Get Well Clinic locations. Every program is designed to meet Texas Workforce Commission standards and prepares graduates to sit for a National Healthcareer Association (NHA) certification. Final TWC approval is pending.
We believe healthcare training should look, feel, and function like healthcare — not a rented classroom. Every student learns in an environment where real patient care happens.
Jouvonna L. Gray, MSN, FNP-C
Jouvonna Gray is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, the founder and 100% owner of Get Well Healthcare Services, LLC, and the founder and director of Get Well Healthcare Academy.
She built Get Well Clinic in 2015 with a single Houston-area location and now operates a multi-clinic care organization across the greater Houston metro. In 2026, she opened the Academy to build the pipeline she needed: capable, credentialed allied-health professionals trained in real clinical environments — not simulations of them.
She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and teaches every core clinical module at the Academy personally.

Get Well Healthcare Academy operates from 19020 W Lake Houston Pkwy in Humble, Texas — a fully-equipped, HIPAA-compliant clinical environment shared with Get Well Clinic. Students learn in the same rooms where care is delivered.
The Academy has submitted its application to the Texas Workforce Commission, Career Schools and Colleges, Austin, Texas and is awaiting final approval. All programs of instruction will be TWC-regulated. Get Well Healthcare Academy will offer no non-regulated programs.
